Hi there,

I am a new member here, as well as a new translator. There are some specific things that I don't understand, and I hope that you guys could help me about it.
When we find a job opportunity that requires us to send back our resume and quote, how do we quote? Does the quote mean to offer them our rate, or does it mean to offer the rate and also some more details about our experience (like a short introduction)?
Thank you very much for helping!

Stefany

Hi Stefany - welcome to TranslatorPub! Your quote is your rate per word/line/page. Most often I've seen rate per word, though. Hope I could help. Let us know if you have any other questions.
