The present invention relates to an audio massaging device, and more particularly to a massaging device wrapped around thighs or shoulders, thereby effectively achieving massaging purpose by sonar waves generated by the stereo system. The audio massaging device of the present invention includes at least an audio module and a vibration module connected to the audio module, wherein the audio module is tightly wrapped around thighs or shoulders. The audio module includes at least a memory device, a playback device, and a speaker device. The playback device plays the music stored in the memory device and broadcasts the music via the speaker device. The vibration module is placed between human thighs or shoulders. The vibration module vibrates after triggered by the sonar wave generated by the speaker device, thereby effectively achieving the massaging of thighs or shoulders. In addition, the speaker system of the present invention can be further installed of a Bluetooth transmission device. The inventor is able to use a Bluetooth headset to wirelessly receive the music generated by the speaker module and listen to the music while being massaged. Hence, the audio massaging device of the present invention is aimed at providing massaging service and relaxing the user at the same time by playing the physically and mentally soothing music, thereby enhancing the relaxation effect.
