Hello,
I am trying to upload my photograph onto my profile. However, everytime I try to do this, a small box comes up, which shows the homepage of this translatorpub.com. After closing the box, I find that my photo was ultimately not uploaded.
How can I remedy this?
thanks, Veronica

Hi Veronica,
My guess is that you have timed out when trying to upload your picture, and the security keeps redirecting you to the homepage of the website.
Please try logging in and uploading a picture again - with no more than 20 minutes of inactivity between each step in the process. If you continue to have troubles, please e-mail us at info@translatorpub.com. We answer all e-mails and do our best to assist members with any issues they may have.
Very best,

Hey,
You could also try making your photo size smaller so that it takes less time to upload, thus preventing the auto-time-out. I'd give that a try as well. Oh, and don't forget it only posts the pictures at 150x150 pixels... So keep the photo small for sure.

The thing is that the pixel size is way below the 150 by 150 limit. Also, it times out within a matter of seconds, not within 20 minutes.

How about increasing the img size to exactly 150 x 150 pixels?
